1.  Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or placing an order with Bhairabi Handicraft, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2.  Products

All products sold by Bhairabi Handicraft are handmade using 100% natural sheep wool. As a result, minor variations in colour, size, texture, and shape are inherent to the production process and are not considered defects. Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible, but exact matches cannot be guaranteed for handmade items.

3.  Pricing

All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated. Bhairabi Handicraft reserves the right to amend prices at any time. Wholesale and custom pricing is provided via direct quotation. We are not responsible for currency conversion rates or banking fees applied by your financial institution.

4.  Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment (retail) or deposit payment (wholesale).
• Wholesale orders require a 30% non-refundable deposit before production commences.
• Full payment for wholesale orders is due before dispatch.
• Accepted payment methods: Bank Transfer (TT/SWIFT), PayPal, Western Union.
• Bhairabi Handicraft does not store payment card information.

5.  Shipping & Delivery

We ship via DHL and FedEx internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, courier delays, or force majeure events. Bhairabi Handicraft is not liable for delays outside our control once an order has been dispatched.

6.  Customs & Import Duties

All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance charges applicable at the destination country are the sole responsibility of the buyer. Bhairabi Handicraft does not collect or guarantee any exemption from such charges.

7.  Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy (see the Shipping & Returns page). Custom orders, private label items, and items with special notations do not qualify for returns. Change of mind does not qualify for a return or refund once an order has been dispatched.

8.  Intellectual Property

All content on the Bhairabi Handicraft website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Bhairabi Handicraft and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

9.  Limitation of Liability

Bhairabi Handicraft is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

10.  Wholesale Buyer Responsibility

Wholesale buyers are responsible for ensuring that the products they purchase comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their country of sale. Bhairabi Handicraft is not liable for how products are used, resold, or represented by wholesale buyers.

11.  Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Nepal. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.

12.  Updates to These Terms

Bhairabi Handicraft reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website or services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
