  • Tracking — Once dispatched, your tracking number is emailed immediately. Track in real-time with DHL or FedEx.
  • Receive & Enjoy — Your handmade felt products arrive, packed with care, plastic-free, and ready for your customers.

WHOLESALE / CUSTOM ORDERS

  • Submit Enquiry — Email us, WhatsApp us, or complete our wholesale application form with your requirements.
  • Consultation — Our sales team contacts you within 24 hours. We discuss your product needs, quantities, customisation requirements, and timeline.
  • Sample Approval — We produce and dispatch samples within 5–7 business days for your approval.
  • Confirm & Pay Deposit — Confirm your order details and pay 40% deposit to commence production.
  • Production — Our artisans begin handcrafting your order. You receive production updates at key milestones.
  • Quality Control & Packing — Every batch undergoes quality inspection before plastic-free packing and dispatch.
  • Balance Payment & Dispatch — Pay 60% balance. Order is dispatched via DHL or FedEx with full tracking.
  • Delivery — Arrives at your door in 4–10 business days depending on destination.
