Bhairabi Handicraft ships worldwide. Every order is carefully packed in plastic-free, protective materials and dispatched via trusted international couriers with full tracking.

Processing Times

In-Stock Items:  Dispatched within 2–3 business days of order confirmation
Made-to-Order Items:  7–14 business days production + shipping time
Custom / Wholesale Orders:  14–21 business days production + shipping time
Samples:  Dispatched within 5–7 business days

Shipping Carriers & Delivery Times

DHL Express:  4–7 business days (most countries)
FedEx International:  4–7 business days (most countries)
Standard Courier:  7–14 business days (select regions)

We ship to all major global markets including: Europe (UK, Germany, France, Netherlands, Scandinavia, and more), North America (USA, Canada), Australia and New Zealand, Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, India, and more), and Middle East. For enquiries about shipping to unlisted destinations, please contact us.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

When shipping internationally, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These charges are determined by the destination country’s government and are entirely the responsibility of the buyer. Bhairabi Handicraft is not able to predict, control, or refund customs charges. We recommend checking your country’s import duty rates before ordering.

RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

We stand behind the quality of every product that leaves our workshop. If something is not right, we will make it right — promptly and without fuss.

What Qualifies for a Return or Refund

  • Damaged Goods — If your item arrives visibly damaged due to transit, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace or refund immediately.
  • Incorrect Items — If we send the wrong product, contact us within 3 business days. We will arrange collection and resend the correct item at no additional cost.
  • Significant Quality Defect — If a product has a manufacturing fault not caused by handling or use, contact us within 5 business days. We will assess and resolve accordingly.

What Does Not Qualify

  • Change of mind after dispatch
  • Custom orders, bespoke designs, or private label items
  • Items damaged due to incorrect care or handling post-delivery
  • Natural variations in colour, texture, or size (inherent to handmade products)

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Us — Email or WhatsApp our team within the qualifying timeframe with your order number, description of the issue, and photographs.
  • Assessment — We review your claim within 24–48 hours and confirm whether a return, replacement, or refund applies.
  • Resolution — Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of claim approval.

Note: Return shipping costs for approved claims are covered by Bhairabi Handicraft. Return shipping for buyer-initiated returns (outside qualifying conditions) is the buyer’s responsibility.
