- Production & Shipping — Ready stock ships within 2–3 business days, while made-to-order items are completed within 7–14 business days.
- Order Tracking — Once shipped, your tracking details are sent तुरंत so you can monitor delivery in real time via DHL or FedEx.
- Delivery & Enjoyment — Your handmade felt products arrive safely, thoughtfully packed in eco-friendly materials, and ready to delight your customers.
WHOLESALE / CUSTOM ORDERS
- Submit an Enquiry — Reach out via email, WhatsApp, or complete our wholesale application form with your requirements.
- Consultation — Our sales team will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your product needs, quantities, customization, and delivery timeline.
- Sample Approval — We prepare and dispatch samples within 5–7 business days for your review and approval.
- Order Confirmation & Deposit — Finalize your order details and pay a 40% deposit to begin production.
- Production — Our skilled artisans start handcrafting your products, with updates provided at key stages of the process.
- Quality Check & Packaging — Each batch is carefully inspected to ensure quality, then packed using eco-friendly, plastic-free materials.
- Final Payment & Dispatch — Pay the remaining 60%, and your order will be shipped via DHL or FedEx with full tracking details.
- Delivery — Your order arrives at your location within 4–10 business days, depending on the destination.
