ICGS Pvt. Ltd. is a multidisciplinary consulting firm established on 10th June 1997 as a joint venture between ITECO Nepal and CEMAT Consultants, specializing in geological and geotechnical investigations. Founded by a team of highly specialized professionals, the company has built a reputation for delivering precise, reliable, and cost-effective solutions for complex engineering challenges. Over more than two decades, I.C.G.S. has supported critical infrastructure development projects in sectors such as transportation (bridges, tunnels, and roads) and hydropower, offering services that include core drilling, in- situ testing, laboratory analysis, exploratory and confirmatory drilling, and horizontal directional drilling for slope stabilization and foundation works. Our expertise is grounded in local knowledge, technical excellence, and innovation, enabling us to address Nepal's unique geological complexities while meeting international quality standards.

ICGS operate from a 200 m2 office space, supported by a 170 m2 geotechnical laboratory and a 600 m2 machine yard. We are equipped with a comprehensive inventory of advanced tools and machinery to deliver high-quality investigation and analysis. This includes modern drilling rigs capable of core and rotary drilling in varied terrains, specialized in-situ testing equipment for on-site soil and rock characterization, geophysical instruments for subsurface profiling, and a wide range of precision laboratory testing apparatus to ensure accurate material property evaluation.
Our centralized infrastructure and team enable technical, administrative, and field operations to work seamlessly under one roof, enhancing efficiency and collaboration.
