ICGS Pvt. Ltd. is a geological, geotechnical and engineering consulting firm based in Minbhawan, Kathmandu. The company is governed by a five-member Board of Directors, including representatives from ITECO Nepal (P) Ltd., who provide strategic guidance, uphold corporate governance, and ensure our operations align with a long‑term vision of excellence. The company operates under the leadership of Prof. Dr. Vishnu Dangol, Managing Director whose decades of expertise guides daily operations, project execution, and client engagement with precision and integrity. Our integrated organizational framework enables seamless coordination between field teams, laboratory units, project managers, and client liaisons. This synergy allows us to deliver accurate, timely, and cost-effective solutions for projects ranging from small-scale site studies to large, complex infrastructure developments.
ICGS is powered by a dedicated team of professionals, including; geologists, engineering geologists, mining engineers, civil engineers, and geotechnical engineers fully local and deeply experienced in Nepal’s terrain and technical challenges. Our core team is strengthened by a panel of senior consultants in civil, structural, geotechnical, and geophysical disciplines, ensuring every project benefits from multidisciplinary input and precision.

ICGS operate from a 200 m2 office space, supported by a 170 m2 geotechnical laboratory and a 600 m2 machine yard. We are equipped with a comprehensive inventory of advanced tools and machinery to deliver high-quality investigation and analysis. This includes modern drilling rigs capable of core and rotary drilling in varied terrains, specialized in-situ testing equipment for on-site soil and rock characterization, geophysical instruments for subsurface profiling, and a wide range of precision laboratory testing apparatus to ensure accurate material property evaluation.
