What Qualifies for a Return or Refund<\/h4>\n

  • Damaged Goods<\/strong> \u2014 If your item arrives visibly damaged due to transit, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with photographic evidence. We will replace or refund immediately.<\/li>\n
  • Incorrect Items<\/strong> \u2014 If we send the wrong product, contact us within 3 business days. We will arrange collection and resend the correct item at no additional cost.<\/li>\n
  • Significant Quality Defect<\/strong> \u2014 If a product has a manufacturing fault not caused by handling or use, contact us within 5 business days. We will assess and resolve accordingly.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
